Letter from the President

Acromil has invested a significant amount of capital in building expansion, machine tools and inspection equipment to allow us to meet our customers’ current demands and future requirements. Our commitment of human and financial resources has been rewarded by our customers’ faith in our ability to perform at a very high level.

This customer confidence is based upon past and ongoing success in the design, prototyping and manufacture of many complex machined metal parts. We produce many key structural components for programs including N-UCAS, Guardian Anti-Missile system, Embraer 170 and 190 series, JSF, F-22 and a wide range of Boeing airframes. Customers have consistently turned to us for the manufacture of those critical components. We successfully produce wing spars to a length in excess of 40’ and sheer webbing in sizes under 6”. Titanium fabrication has included machining extremely complex wing-fold hinges starting from forgings weighing approximately two tons and ending with a finished part of less than 200 lbs. with exceedingly tight tolerances. We have and continue to surpass customer expectations through our dedication to superior quality.

Acromil is able to provide state-of-the-art solutions in the machining of parts because of our commitment to the ongoing acquisition of the latest technology in machine tools, software and quality control equipment. Acromil has expanded its facilities to 100,000sq. ft, providing space to accommodate a newly acquired CMM machine with the capability of inspecting parts in excess of 40’ in length. The expansion provides space to add another 120’ double-bridge gantry.

We continue to make process improvements to increase the efficiency of the operations, which results in higher quality and more efficient production, with a faster turnaround time. Acromil is here to excel beyond the industry standards and customer expectations. Our customers have challenged us with demands for rapid delivery times, uncompromised quality on exceedingly complex parts and production of parts on ongoing programs at competitive prices. We have met or exceeded customer expectations in all areas and will continue to do so, because of our company-wide commitment to perform at our best.
